The hotel's location was great, easy to access and near attractions. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, I had a disappointing experience with the staff. They lacked professionalism and were not helpful.

The hotel staff was good, not excellent, but still helpful. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch and made my stay extremely comfortable. Overall, a great hotel with fantastic facilities!
