The hotel staff was alright, not very cooperative. The check-in experience was not satisfactory at all. The food was not available, had a really bad taste. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff was quite impressive and helped us during checkin. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was just average and could be improved. Overall, the checkin experience was smooth.
