Excellent staff, smooth check-in, and impeccable cleanliness. 5 stars for all three areas. Highly recommended hotel!

The checkin experience was excellent with quick and efficient service. However, the staff seemed unhelpful and unresponsive. The lack of amenities was disappointing. Overall, a mixed experience but the smooth checkin saved the day!
