Rooms were really good for the price that we have paid. Bathrooms were clean and felt like it is a newly built hotel apartment. They have good parking space available and is near to kakkanad. Those who are seeking for a budget stay, this is the place I would recommend. It had everything that we get for this price. The management is very good Bed was spacious, toilet was cleans. No issues faced in water supply, Rooms were calm and quite. Did not face any mosquito issue. This is a highly recommend for those who are looking for a budget stay. And do not think that this is a cheap place.
