The check-in experience at the hotel was excellent, with a warm welcome from the staff. The amenities provided were top-notch, exceeding expectations. However, the food quality was disappointing, leaving much to be desired. Overall, a great stay with room for improvement in the culinary department. 5 star for check-in, 5 star for amenities, and 1 star for food.
