Pathetic service and zero professionalism. Guests are not treated fairly and pricing feels unreasonable. Rooms are in bad condition, hygiene standards are ignored, and cleanliness is far below expectations. Management seems careless and irresponsible, and there are clear issues in staff handling as well. Overall, a very bad experience—would not suggest this place to anyone.
