Good serviceI am from Europe. I arrived very late (after midnight) and it was not a problem for a hotel for which I am very thankful! Reception service was good. Location close to the airport. Bathroom was clean, it has hot water. The room has AC. Street noise not too loud, so I had fairly good sleep. Fresh drinking water bottle at a regular price.The room was not clean (dusty, but also on the table - hair combs with hair in it etc... very strange) . Bedsheets very thin and low quality (but seemed clean). The room interior is messy and not finished. They didn't provide a towel. The owner informed me to check out at 10 AM (instead of 11, what is written in the booking website).
I had a great time checking into the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, although there were a few areas that could have been cleaner. The staff throughout my stay was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience!
