Staff was a bit reluctant in accepting my check in but accepted in last. Initially been offered an unprepared room but on decline given a better one. Bathroom were not clean

The check-in experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. However, the room could use some improvement. It was clean, but a bit outdated. The amenities were average, nothing special. Overall, a pleasant stay.
