We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Victoria. Being located in a typical Indian urban neighbourhood, it gave us anThe highlight of our stay was the staff!! Not only the staff at the hotel & bar, but the adjoining restaurant, everyone went out of their way to be helpful to us and to ensure we were comfortable. The staff were always kind and willing to provide us with guidance as it was our first visit to India and Chennai.The hotel is an older property and likely deteriorated during covid as did most properties around the world through covid. That being said, everything worked and functioned fine. A bit of paint and polish is all that is needed.

Despite the smoking odor, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the premises are commendable. Additionally, the hotel's location offers convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, while the smoking smell may be a drawback for some, the Victory Hotel provides a satisfactory accommodation experience with its good rooms and attentive service.
