The checkin experience was splendid! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. A 5-star experience overall!

Good stay for one night. The staffs are kind and supportive. The best part is they provide free pickup from kathgodam station even at 12 am. But they can improve is providing basic amenities like towel, soap, toothpaste, water bottle. Overall the hotel is decent.
