The hotel's check-in experience was quite smooth and efficient, deserving a 4-star rating. The staff was friendly but could have been more attentive, hence the 3-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel was decent, though there is some room for improvement, hence another 3-star rating. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I am extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay experience.
