The hotel's amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed during our stay. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. However, the staff was not very attentive and lacked good customer service skills. Overall, a great hotel with excellent amenities, but the staff could use some improvement.

Had an amazing checkin experience at this hotel. The staff was polite and efficient. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend.
