I recently booked a stay at Space Inn, Nagpur via OYO for 3 days. The booking process was smooth, and I paid around ₹2200 online, thanks to an offer on the OYO app. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff refused to honor my booking, claiming no rooms were available. They insisted I pay extra to "upgrade" my booking, which felt like a scam. Despite paying the additional amount, I was given a classic room that was small and not at all what I expected after upgrading. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I had hoped for a comfortable stay, but instead, I felt cheated and misled. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here, as this experience was far from satisfactory.

The food served at the hotel's restaurant was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes that exceeded my expectations. I had a truly remarkable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
