Good Hospitality but staff behaviour is not comfortable with us

Located in the serene area of Hastings, FabHotel The Hastings Club is nestled on the 7th floor of a blue-colored building known as The Agarwal House. Taxis and locals are familiar with the building by this name, so it's advisable to ask for "Agarwal House" when seeking directions. The hotel's central location offers easy access to major attractions like Eden Gardens, Nandan, and the Indian Museum, while being situated in a peaceful neighbourhood away from the city's hustle and bustle. Smooth Check-In Experience: Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area furnished with sofas. While the check-in documentation is processed, the staff efficiently hands over the room keys, ensuring a swift and pleasant start to the stay. Comfortable Rooms with Essential Amenities: I stayed in a Classic Room, which cost me ₹1,250 per night after a discount (₹1,800 if booked directly at the hotel). As the most economical option, the room was compact and lacked windows, which is why I rated it 3 out of 5 stars. However, the cleanliness of the washroom and the availability of high-speed Wi-Fi were commendable. Ideal for Families and Solo Travelers: Overall, my experience at Collection O The Hastings Club was positive. The hotel's location, combined with its comfortable amenities and attentive staff, makes it a suitable choice for both family stays and solo travellers. For those seeking a room with a view, I recommend opting for a Deluxe Room.
