"I had a very bad experience during my stay. The room was not properly maintained—there were many mosquitoes, and I even noticed bedbugs in the bed. This made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. The hotel management should take urgent action to improve cleanliness and pest control. I would not recommend staying here again."
