The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for maintaining a spotless environment. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The hotel was quite clean and the check-in process was smooth. The staff, however, could be more attentive and prompt in their service. Overall, a decent experience.
