The check-in experience was absolute delight. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The only slight downside was the cleanliness of the room, which was good but could have been better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The check-in experience was flawless and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was sparkling clean. However, the amenities could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great stay! 5 stars for check-in and cleanliness, and 3 stars for amenities.
