You need to play smart with you. We booked the room via OYO at first they provided a room with no AC and no TV although it was showing that they had both in OYO. So we told them and they denied so we called the coustomer care and then they gave us a far better room with in a minute. And that room was literally the best it had AC, TV, geyser and a balcony with an amazing view over all they're service was also good it's just that maybe you'll have to negotiate a bit or simply just call the coustomer care
All' service staff is too good.. Last time 1 year ago I visit this hotle 2 boys in reception asking for extra money.. Puja behaviour is very good & helpful this time servise is too good & staff behaviour very polite & helpful I am sure visit again & refer my friend
