The hotel had great amenities (4 star) with a wide range of facilities for the guests. However, the check-in experience (3 star) could have been more smooth and efficient. The hotel's location (5 star) was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions.

The hotel was excellent. Cleanliness was an issue and the check-in experience was not great, but overall the staff were attentive and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again.
