I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating (3 stars), the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free (4 stars), however, the food was not up to my expectations (2 stars). Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
