I have stayed here for three days and nights. I like the rooms as it was neat and clean with fine space so I gave 04 stars. Service 03 stars as I have not much to acquire other than cleaning and water which are basic. Lastly for location 05 stars as it's nearby Railway station, in market place and around 5.5 km from the airport. Must choose if u want pocket friendly hotel. I met Ms. Namita at reception, humble personality helped me with smooth check-in and Mr. Naresh who had assisted me till my room and checked wheather everything working fine or not. Regards, Kuldeep
The experience was awesome there at Collection O Hotel Ace Grand the best part of Collection O Hotel Ace Grand is their staff coz they are well mannered, well behaved & mainly the are very overwhelmed towards their guests. And I think if u are coming to Vadodara for anykind of trip like holiday or may be business trip just give a chance to them and please stay in Collection O Hotel Ace Grand atleast for 1 day then you will going to know that you have done a great job by giving them the opportunity to make your trip as good as possible.
