I had a smooth check-in experience at the hotel, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, which did not meet expectations. A clean and hygienic bathroom is essential for a comfortable stay, and this aspect needs improvement. Other facilities were decent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was good. If the hygiene standards in the bathroom were better, my experience would have been much more enjoyable. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration.
