This hotel has been a place I have stayed at multiple times, so I was surprised by my recent checkout experience. I was charged ■300 for a small food stain on a bedsheet cover. I understand that hotels may charge for genuine damage, but in this case I felt the charge was excessive for a minor, removable stain. I explained my side clearly, but the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. I want to emphasize that most of the staff have been good during my previous visits; my complaint is about this specific incident and how it was handled.
The room experience and the service was good. The reception is very helpful and the hygiene is good and tea at the restaurant is very nice. The accomodation was good and also there is early check in option and very friendly staff. Interior and experience was good.
