The hotel stay was good, very near to the bus stop, railway station, restaurants and temple Aliperi.Staff service was very very slow, to get something we needed to follow up with the staff 10 times and keep calling them this was disappointing. They need to improve customer service.

The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, deserving a 4-star rating. However, the food and the room fell a little short, earning a 3-star rating each. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement in the food and room quality.
