I had an amazing check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the room was not up to my expectations. The location, on the other hand, was perfect. It was convenient and close to all the attractions. Overall, I would still rate my stay 5 stars due to the excellent check-in and prime location.
