The check-in experience at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. However, the food at the hotel was disappointing. The taste and variety were lacking. Additionally, the location was not ideal, as it was far from the main attractions. Despite these drawbacks, I still rate my overall experience at the hotel with 5 stars because of the excellent check-in experience.
