We picked hotel for a two week stay based on reviews and our previous positive experience in Castelldefels. Based on our experience we would not return here on future trips; first nights we got a horrible ground floor room next to the pool entrance and meeting rooms. After complaining they “upgraded “ us the second night to a first floor, town view room. Again after expressing our disappointment given a two week stay we got another partial ocean view room. Given the hotel was not full with many rooms unoccupied, we found this a very poor business decision. Other issues we had was a very poor wifi system and some staff not very friendly.example:we walked through restaurant to exit to the beach foe two weeks and the restaurant manager(?) who set there never said hi even when we said so. After that we decided never to eat there. The front desk ladies were lovely and the housekeeping staff exceptional.
