Their Behaviour and Management is Good. We've booked room for 3, With 2650/- per day. One great thing is the Complimentary Breakfast, where they'll give you unlimited buffet options. but - in room, the washroom is one step above from the surface level of room. so, as a patient perspective, my mom is facing difficulties accessing the washroom. and, They've Hiked their charges at a significant rate from our last visit to this hotel. Even Induction ketli was missing from room, gave that next day noon. so, I'm Giving 4 stars, Considering price and washroom segment. would give 4.5 if there is an option. instead of giving breakfast, they could've reduce the price a bit, it'll be huge beneficiary.. because mainly the hotel visitors are Patients, coming from All over India. we would happily pay extra, but there should be an option.

Had been to have lunch, the ambience is not too good nor too dull and can be mainted better, the staff are courteous and their service is fast, opted for Meals, Andhra style restaurant on plantain leaves, the quality of food was excellent and delicious on the contrary to the ambience, Pappu was really good, relished the food. The wash rooms have to be maintained better, a little concentration on cleanliness, this place will rock for their food quality. The parking space is also adequate. Very close to Narayana hrudayalaya hospital.
