After confirming the booking, OYO changed the hotel without my consent. Upon reaching the new hotel, the receptionist informed us that no single room was available, and we were forced to opt for a shared room initially. The entire process took more than two hours, which completely disrupted our plans and ruined the day. Eventually, we were allotted separate rooms, but only after significant inconvenience and delay.
