My stay at Oyo was disappointing. Despite booking a room with AC, there was none, making the stay uncomfortable. What's worse, the amount charged exceeded the one displayed during booking. This discrepancy in pricing left a sour taste, highlighting transparency issues with Oyo's billing system. The experience was far from what was promised, and the lack of AC only compounded the frustration. It's crucial for Oyo to ensure that the amenities listed are available and that customers are charged accurately. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations, and improvements in both service and billing transparency are urgently needed to restore trust in the Oyo brand
The hotel's food was absolutely delicious and the variety of options was impressive. The amenities provided were top-notch and I had a great time exploring everything. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic stay!
