The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The room was cozy and had a nice vibe. I loved the wooden floors and the overall comfort. The location is very convenient with easy access to local attractions. Housekeeping ne maza kar diya and kept everything neat. The only small issue was that the room could have been a bit cleaner but the staff quickly addressed it and it did not affect my stay. The amenities like tableware were a nice touch. Solid place to stay if you are in Chennai.
