I stayed at The Grand Hotel Okhla for 3 days and had a really great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. What stood out the most was the staff: everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. From check-in to room service, everything was smooth and well managed. The service quality was consistently excellent, and they genuinely made me feel welcomed. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay with great rooms and amazing hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall had a good experience. The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping was regular. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. The location is a big plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. A few small improvements could be made, but nothing major. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would consider coming back.
