This hotel is very nice and beautiful, it is clean from the entry gate, the way of talking of manager Anand ji at the reception is very nice and when I went to the room, the room was decorated very well, the bathroom was also very clean, then I also saw the other rooms which were very beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the hot water facility is very good, the hotel staff is very good, the room service facility is also very good, this hotel is very good for couples and families, I had a very good experience staying here, thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I stayed at The Grand Hotel Okhla for 3 days and had a really great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. What stood out the most was the staff: everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. From check-in to room service, everything was smooth and well managed. The service quality was consistently excellent, and they genuinely made me feel welcomed. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay with great rooms and amazing hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!
