Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in the city and the main forts in Jaipur are out of the way so hiring a driver is important. The service was immaculate - staff politely greet you and expeditiously deliver on any requests made. I stepped out in the evening after missing regular housekeeping hours and they had it cleaned in the short time I was out for dinner. Room service is served from one of the restaurants situated in the hotel. Their online menu did not work for me, so I had to call to order (not sure if this is intended as the online menu app shows 'add to cart' options). The rooms themselves were great - block out blinds, air conditioning, smart TV, iron, etc. Exactly what you'd expect of a luxury hotel. Dinner and breakfast spreads were stellar. If you're planning on visiting Jaipur, the folks here will take care of you and make sure you have a pleasant trip.
Absolutely loved our stay at ITC Rajputana! The property is stunning, with its beautiful architecture and serene ambiance. The food was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of flavors and variety. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made our experience truly memorable. A perfect getaway for relaxation and luxury. Highly recommend 10/10
