The check-in experience was seamless and efficient, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, also deserving of a 5-star rating. The staff was friendly and helpful, although at times slightly lacking in attentiveness, hence the 4-star rating. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The check-in experience was disappointing, and the amenities were lacking. However, I must say that the overall stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfortable stay and great location.
