I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality. The staff members were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with premium amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the view from the window was truly breathtaking. Housekeeping was prompt and detail-oriented, maintaining the highest standards throughout our stay. The dining experience was equally outstanding. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the dinner at the in-house restaurant was among the best we’ve experienced in Pune. The ambiance, service quality, and taste of the food were all exceptional. Overall, this hotel genuinely deserves its 5-star rating. This is a very big hotel. The staff in this hotel, from the front office to the housekeeping staff, all take very good care of us. Special thanks to Rahul and housekeeping team, Armaan, Akash, Zubair and the front office team.It was very nice. We have a very good hotel. We will come to this hotel again and we will suggest other people to also stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the lobby area is also very clean.We came to Bhosari for an exhibition, it was very close to here, we didn't know that there was a hotel here, but we found this hotel after searching on Google. We came here after seeing the reviews.
