I recently stayed at Palette Hotel Pune, MIDC Pimpri-Chinchwad, and honestly, my experience was quite mixed. The location is convenient if you have work around the MIDC area, which is probably the biggest advantage of this place. The pricing is also on the lower side, so it might look like a good budget option at first. However, the stay itself didn’t really meet expectations. Cleanliness was a concern the room and bathroom didn’t feel well-maintained, and basic hygiene could definitely be improved. Service was another downside; the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming, and there were some issues with things that should have been straightforward during check-in. On the positive side, the food was decent, and if you’re just looking for a very short, no-frills stay, it might do the job. But for anything more comfortable or if you’re traveling with family, you might want to consider other options nearby. Overall, I’d say this hotel has potential because of its location and pricing, but it really needs improvement in cleanliness and service to make guests feel comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality. The staff members were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with premium amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the view from the window was truly breathtaking. Housekeeping was prompt and detail-oriented, maintaining the highest standards throughout our stay. The dining experience was equally outstanding. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the dinner at the in-house restaurant was among the best we’ve experienced in Pune. The ambiance, service quality, and taste of the food were all exceptional. Overall, this hotel genuinely deserves its 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to couples, families, and anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again soon!
