I recently stayed at Palette Hotel Pune, MIDC Pimpri-Chinchwad, and honestly, my experience was quite mixed. The location is convenient if you have work around the MIDC area, which is probably the biggest advantage of this place. The pricing is also on the lower side, so it might look like a good budget option at first. However, the stay itself didn’t really meet expectations. Cleanliness was a concern the room and bathroom didn’t feel well-maintained, and basic hygiene could definitely be improved. Service was another downside; the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming, and there were some issues with things that should have been straightforward during check-in. On the positive side, the food was decent, and if you’re just looking for a very short, no-frills stay, it might do the job. But for anything more comfortable or if you’re traveling with family, you might want to consider other options nearby. Overall, I’d say this hotel has potential because of its location and pricing, but it really needs improvement in cleanliness and service to make guests feel comfortable.
Had a really pleasant experience at Palette Hotel, Chinchwad MIDC. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day of work or travel. The location is very convenient for business travelers visiting the MIDC area. A special shoutout to Akash from the staff — he was extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. His warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for the entire stay. Alongside him, another young staff member at the front desk also deserves recognition — always smiling, quick to assist, and made sure no request went unattended. It's a pleasure when the entire team works so well together. The food was decent, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall ambience was neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pimpri-Chinchwad for business or leisure. Will surely return on my next visit to Pune. Keep up the great work, team! 🙌
