I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Elegant Mumbai. I would like to sincerely appreciate the Reception and Front Desk team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and smooth check-in and check-out process. I have been stayed in this property last 4 yrs sin from starting of this property.. it was always mind blow service and hospitality...Their courteous service made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Specially mr Alam and mostak from reception team there are the gems of the hotel, there service is superb.. A special thank you to the Housekeeping team for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully prepared throughout my stay. Their kindness, prompt service, and dedication truly made my experience memorable.i want to thanks Monir, & Gulab for there hospitality.. they service is just an supercalifragilisticexpialidocious...!!!!!!!
