New Seabreeze Residency: A Perfect Base for Pondicherry Explorations During my recent trip to Pondicherry with five friends, we had the pleasure of staying at New Seabreeze Residency, a true hidden gem that often gets mistakenly listed as "Oyo Seabreeze Residency" on Google Maps – so make sure you're looking for "New Seabreeze Residency" when you book! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly received by the owner, Karthik, who truly made our stay exceptional. One of the biggest highlights was the fantastic food delivery service he arranged. It was incredibly convenient to have delicious meals brought right to our room after a long day of exploring. What truly set New Seabreeze Residency apart, however, was Karthik's initiative in helping us rent bikes to explore Pondicherry. This made getting around the city an absolute breeze and allowed us to discover so many wonderful spots at our own pace. Beyond just the logistics, Karthik also went out of his way to suggest excellent places to visit around the city, providing invaluable local insights that enhanced our itinerary. The rooms themselves were neat and tidy, and we were particularly pleased to find hot water available anytime. We experienced absolutely no disturbances, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. As a group of five friends, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Karthik was incredibly helpful and accessible throughout our stay, always on hand to assist with any issues or questions we had. Our overall experience at New Seabreeze Residency was fantastic. If you're looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay in Pondicherry with an incredibly helpful host who goes the extra mile, this is definitely the place to be.

This residency is beside lake n old bridge. Rooms are good and reasonable prices.Service is Good. There is no dedicated parking. We have to park the vehicle on road side. Overall it's good to stay with parking at your own risk and it is near by to the site seeing places.
