At first they denied checkin which is confirmed booking.. thenn they said they can't provide room and said to cancel this booking and we will provide you room with out Oyo booking... Which is not good after I complaint on Oyo then they provided me the room. They wasted half an hour.. which was worst experience.. but the room was superb neat & tidy.
