My experience with soorya tourist home was very bad. Your property Manager says he hasn't received our booking amount and did not allowed check in, after a 2 hour long discussion and interference of Oyo customer care, area manager, I was allowed to check in. The room I was allotted do not even a door latch from inside, did not have geyser for hot water for bathroom, no AC, on WiFi, no power supply backup, there was frequent power failure in the property. While booking on the above facilities wre shown as available. The charges you took was too high for such a property. I am demanding a refund and also compensation for giving wrong information and all the trouble i had during the stay in you property. Hope no one will have such a experience in future.
