As always like others they charged extraa at the time of check-in and rest everything was fine but at the time of check-out some other receptionist rudely told me that they have mistakenly charged less otherwise they charge 2x or wouldn't have given the room, why this kind of absurdity? And if charging the 2x prices than given oyo final price then why name it under OYO rooms?
The overall experience was average. The only major issue was that they asked us to pay offline on their terms from the next time when I check in as it will allow them to charge more comparatively. And the quality of room we get in online payment is poor than what we get after paying offline.
