The check-in experience at this hotel was smooth and efficient. However, the staff was disappointing with their lack of helpfulness and friendliness. The rooms were average in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, it was an okay stay.

I had a splendid experience during check-in, it was absolutely smooth and efficient. The food was delectable, although there is scope for improvement.
