The room was absolutely fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities one could ask for, but one of the staff named Rahul* he was trying to get extra money from me as he said I have to check out at 7am in the morning or else I have to pay extra charges. This is so inappropriate because I checked out late at night and even paying for the full night I have to check out at 7am in the morning like why would pay extra for it as the check out time was at 11am. Well After all the manager Santosh* he was nice and took action immediately after I reported the problem! So overall it was a good experience over there , It's just that one staff who made it problematic.
