1. The location provided is incorrect, we spent more than 1 hour looking for the hotel. We called OYO but they are of no help, repeating the same thing over and over. Apologize doesn't fix customers problem but taking action does. No action was taken, and they have no clue about anything regarding their hotels. 2. When we reached the hotel, we tried to check in but the Baywatch aka 3 Brothers farm that is listed as AC room, actually has no AC room. So they take us back and forth to another hotel which do not have AC. Finally states that we need to pay extra 1000 to accommodate us with AC and TV. 3. since i booked the hotel, they said refund was not possible so we adjusted and stay in non AC room which is not what we paid for. 4th: the room was not that good and the bed was not comfortable. The food served was tasty but unhygienic. 5th: because of the horrible facility and experience, though we booked for 2 nights June 10 through June 12, we checkout at June 11, 2 pm. Not recommended at all!
