The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. 5 stars!

The room was quite comfortable and spacious, deserving of 4 stars. The staff was somewhat helpful and polite, but could improve their service, resulting in a 3-star rating. The check-in experience was average, taking longer than expected, hence another 3-star rating. Overall, a decent stay at this hotel.
