I have stayed here for long durations ie for 10 days the best ever service in Katni staff is very friendly and helpful they also create a personal bond and the main highlight is that it is in the middle of marketplace and near to the railway station Cleanliness is very well maintained and the hygiene is also very good defiantly can go for this hotel without any doubt
"The Lotus inn offers great value for its central location, making sightseeing easy. The front desk staff were very helpful. However, the rooms need updating; the furniture felt old, and the carpet was dusty. While the air conditioning worked, it was noisy, and the room overlooked a busy street, making it hard to sleep with the window open. A convenient, budget-friendly choice, but don't expect luxury."
