Located in the heart of Hubli near the bus and railway stations, this hotel is easy to reach and convenient for travelers . Rooms are spacious, and the staff is courteous according to some guests . However, many reviews point out issues with cleanliness and maintenance—dusty rooms, outdated linen, stuck air-conditioning, and dirty bathrooms . Several guests also complained about irregular hot water, mosquitoes, and poor lift functionality . The restaurant service and breakfast quality was quite good. Good for: short stays, travelers needing a central location with big rooms and polite staff.

So apparently, you're not allowed to eat in your own hotel room here. We explained we had kids and needed to eat inside — especially since the restaurant shuts at 9 PM — but the staff couldn’t care less. Funny how we saw food trays outside every room in the morning, though! Rudeness seemed to be the hotel's only consistent service. They even refused card payments — cash only, because modern conveniences clearly aren't welcome here. The food was alright, but everything else screamed “hostel in disguise".
