Absolutely phenomenal stay from start to finish. The hospitality was genuinely outstanding every staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail in every aspect. The ambiance of the hotel felt luxurious yet welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was exceptional (esp. Paneer dishes amd chicken), the service was consistently prompt, and the overall experience exceeded expectations in every way possible. What truly stood out was how much care and effort the entire team put into making guests feel valued and comfortable. Without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Srinagar, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-tier hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back.
The room was really nice. It was clean and cozy which made my stay comfortable. Room ne surprise kar diya with its modern decor and good amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location is excellent as it is close to Dal Lake and many local attractions. It was easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the breakfast offered at the in-house restaurant. This place is a good option for the price. Happy with my choice and would definitely come back.
