Overall, it was a great experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel offered affordable prices ranging from 1100 to 3000, making it an excellent option for budget travelers like myself. The rooms at Ownland Resort were quite impressive, earning a solid 8 out of 10. They were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The room size also scored an 8 out of 10, offering ample space to relax and unwind. However, I must mention that the bathroom was a bit untidy, which was a minor downside. I would rate it a 5 out of 10. Despite this, the overall room service was satisfactory, scoring a 7 out of 10. The staff was attentive and responsive to my needs throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the restaurant at the hotel. The food was exceptionally delicious, earning a well-deserved 9 out of 10. I was delighted by the flavors and quality of the dishes served. Although the food pricing was slightly higher compared to outside options, with an average cost of 150, it was still reasonable. The hotel’s amenities added to my enjoyment. The swimming pool, though not perfect, was a decent option and received a 7 out of 10 rating. Additionally, the availability of two-wheeler parking and free pick-up and drop services were convenient and appreciated. Ownland Resort’s proximity to the beach was also a plus point. With just a 1 km distance, it was easily reachable within a 10-15 minute walk. Moreover, the hotel provided a complimentary drop to the beach, which was a thoughtful gesture. In terms of payment methods, the hotel preferred cash but also accepted UPI payments. This flexibility catered to the varied preferences of guests. The staff’s behavior was commendable, scoring an 8 out of 10. They were polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome during my stay. Other amenities such as the availability of a lift and Wi-Fi further enhanced the convenience factor, ensuring a comfortable and connected experience.
